Meet the SalesWizards... a group of highly skilled sales and management experts who've spent decades rescuing underperforming sales teams.  Now they're on a mission to find companies who need help to grow faster and run leaner.  


The SalesWizards re-engineer the way companies:

C: Hire, nurture and develop professional salespeople.


For more than two decades the SalesWizards have successfully turned around more than 100 companies by delivering huge increases in revenue and profit margins.  The show documents their behind-the-scenes work:  Motivating.  Coaching.  Training.  


Their mission: Improve sales people and their sales processes.   


Watch inspiring real world sales calls… as the SalesWizards mentor, coach and train salespeople to ask better questions…to listen, then to create and deliver "Rock Star" sales presentations.  And then they negotiate and close the deal.  


The cameras document everything.


There are two steps to the screening process.  

1. Audition (is the company a good fit for TV and our audience?)  

2. Analysis of the company's business (how much growth potential resides in the team?)


During this step, the SalesWizards alone decide whether or not the company and its CEO fit their model.  If so, the SalesWizards invest their own time, their talent and their tools.  (At no expense to featured companies.) In return, they negotiate for a share of the increases in client revenue that they help generate.


The SalesWizards begin each episode by applying a battery of sophisticated tools to determine: A) what they must do, B) who needs help and C) how long it will take.  


Then cameras document the incredible journey that salespeople, the CEO and each featured company undertake.
